Dryer will not dry, it continually shuts off and needs to be restarted. Clothes rarely get dry, and heavy loads never get dry. The small profile was the only thing that would fit in our space, unfortunately its not much better than not having a dryer

Tried many thing suggested to remove clothes from foul smells. They smell musty and nothing seems to help, vinegar, bleach, cleaning ventless system etc. washer and dryer are a little over a year old. This is our second set of Bosh washer and dryers.

It's a great dryer. The way the lint gets captured is great as in other dryers in the past I've had multiple vents which always ended up in me having to figure out how to stick a vacuum down the capture compartments, this does not have this problem. The settings are easy to use, I highly reccomend it...

We've had this dryer for a little over 3 years now. It dries very well as long as we follow the directions in the manual and keep up with cleaning the filters and heat exchanger each month. Cleaning is very easy and takes only about 30 minutes.
The only issue we've had is that on occassion (About every 12 months) the drain pump gets clogged with lint. The first time it happened, the service tech showed me how to access the sump and clean it. With a small wet vac, it takes only a few minutes to clear.
After 3 years of use doing 5 to 6 loads per week, it still performs as it did brand new.
Our home was built back in the 50's and there is no good way to exhaust a conventional dryer. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen and the compact size is a big plus.
I am very satisfied with this machine and its ability to handle everything from delicates to blankets and towels. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for a compact machine to fit a limited space. The controls are easy to understnd annd use and the required maintenance is easy to perform and only takes about 30 minutes.

We like our Bosch dryer - easy to use, great variey of cycles, quiet. But... we're now replacing the pump and circuit board for the 3rd time and that is very disappointing. Our washer, purchased at the same time, has had no problems. So not sure if we got a lemon or there's something about the dryer construction quality that is sub-par.

I have had this set for just over a year. I was very limited by the space I had avalable to have laundry facilities in my home. I also had no easy way to vent the dryer with out it costing a small fortune. This little gem was the perfect size and it's ventless. I love that it doesn't bake my clothes to dry them so no more fading or shrinking.
While the laundry might seem damp when you take it out just fluff it for 30 seconds and that sensation is gone and the clothes will feel completely dry. I was sceptical when I read that it is advisable not to use dryer sheets, but you don't need them. The clothes come out soft and static free. I do use woolen balls when I dry my winter sox and sweaters as it speeds the dry time and helps eliminate any static from blended fabrics.
Routine upkeep is the easist of any dryer I have owned. The front access panles make it a breeze. If you have limited space for your laundry machines this is what you need. I highly recomend.

Definitely different than a regular gas dryer. I had to get used the laundry not feeling hot and dry when the cycle is done. The clothes are actually dry, they just don't feel like it until you get them out. I'm also having excess condensation I'm not sure how to deal with. Luckily, Bosch is going to send out a technician to check it out. The energy savings and compact design make the learning curve worth it.

This is a great complement to the washer in the same series. It can be stacked or put side by side and fits in a small closet in a townhouse closet. It is super quiet and has the added benefit of being ventless so there is no need to ever clean your dryer vent again!

This thing hasn't worked since the day I bought it. Errors out constantly, not all the settings work, I have to stop / restart it, water pump failing have to use a bucket to capture condensation from the little tube. Service Techs never could get it working. Been a BOSCH customer for 20 years and will never buy their products again after this fiasco.

I was very disappointed with the dryer, when I put in a bath mat it always comes dripping with water (absolutely WET). Not happy at all with either washer or dryer.

I bought this dryer because I had space constraints in my condo with the closet it was going into. This is my first ventless dryer so I do have to temper my expectation as dry times will always be higher than with a vented model. However overall I'm pleased with my Bosch so far. The touchpad can be a tiny bit finnicky at times so you have to press a couple times to get it started. I do like the moisture sensors so if you set a load for 2 hours but the product senses everything is dry after 1.5 hours, it will automatically turn off. Pretty quiet also, which is important because I leave the closet door open when running a load so that the hot air can escape. Adding humidity to the air in my condo is a bonus for my skin!

Brand new dryer is defective straight out of the box - needs a heating unit replacement. Same with the washer - apparantly needs to have the drum spin motor replaced, among other parts. Bosch is taking care of the repairs, but between scheduling and parts it's been a few months now without a working washer or dryer. Very dissappointed at this price point - these are major issues - the products are simply defective.

Our first BOSCH ventless dryer was 16 years old when we replaced it with the new 500 series one - noy because the old one did not work - it was fine - but because we felt it was time. New one is even better - quiter and more efficient. You can not go wrong with this product.

I had trouble with this dryer from the moment it was installed. At first I got an E09 error message and finally after the 2nd service call a new electronic board was installed. Did not solve the problem but I could solve it ny not using the sensor cycle. Pretty soon that didn't work either, so another service call. Technician then called Bosch technical service, but really couldn't get a straight answer. So now the only way I can get dry clothes is to use the 20 minute cycle. The dryer sti
Ops after 15 minutes and then stops, the pump kicks in and drains water and then it will start again automatically and finish the cycle. I am so fed up with it, I'm ready to set it on the curb. My previous Bosch dryer worked for 12 years with needing any service.

Fits perfectly in my small area but takes incredibly long to dry items compared to other dryers I've owned. Also, since it has no outside venting connection, it takes a lot of effort to keep it clean.

Have had this dryer for a couple of months and we love it. I would recommend this dryer for its overall efficiency and quality. Heat exchanger is easy to clean and the lint trap catches all the fine lint. Dries clothes very well.
