Too Late

I did purchase this washer back in 2009. It is interesting to me that Bosch is just now are asking me to write a review of it. Thing is I no longer own this machine, and I do not think this model is even made any more. I did use the machine at least three times a week washing a "normal" sized load each time, and I must say it did work very well and without any issues at all the entire time I owned it. However, recently it refused to drain all the water from the tub, leaving the items being washed soaking wet after the final spin cycle, and a good amount of water still in the bottom of the tub. I suspect it had developed a clogged drain line somewhere inside the machine, or a drain pump issue of some kind, or both. I called factory service and the estimated cost to repair the machine was more than I thought the 13 year old machine was worth - DEPENDING ON PARTS AVAILABILITY - so I ended up purchasing a new "smart" washing machine instead.

My Lost weekend 8/1/2022

Hi I have had a frustrating time with the washer. It's a little older and I purchased it secondhand call but I am a person who has owned appliances for years. I've never seen such a shaky and sensitive machine. I can't hold any weight without shaking and I've done everything to balance it. It really hurts! No I'm going to the laundry mat because I have to wash clothes for three kids not happy. Sorry for the bad review otherwise I guess it would be a great machine
