Really like this dishwasher. Did not think we would like the third shelf on top for untensils but it is wonderful. Leaves more space for dishes on the other two shelves. Would not buy anothter dishwasher without the third shelf.

Will it last more than 6 years

This is my 4th Bosch dishwasher over 20 years. I bought this dishwasher in July 2016 and it has needed 3 repairs. First 2 within 3 years, relativly minor. Now error code E 19 stops the function. Cost $100 from a local repair shop just to find out how much it will cost to fix the dishwasher. A replacement will cost about $1400 for similar new machine. Not real happy with the Bosch and probably time to try a different brand.

We bought our Bosch dishwasher 4 years ago and have never been sorry with our choice. Never had a problem with dirty dishes, everything comes out spotless and I really like the red light that shines on the floor telling me when the dishwasher is done, it is so quiet, doesn'make a sound! We would buy this one again!

Dishwasher heating element issue since one year

We purchased the diswasher in May 2017 , it ran fine for 3 years and then in year 2020 we started noticing E:09 Call Service, after getting service they mentioned that heating element may be bad or the way dishwasher is connected is not correct , the path to the faucet is little longer as there is one small lazy susan in between. For almost one year we have not been able to get it fixed. Any way we can help get the heating element fixed? Does it not come under warranty?
