Eight years old and the heating/drying element failed. Replacing the heating element is very expensive. I hope I have better luck with the new dishwasher.

Quiet, efficient, reliable

I have used this dishwasher for about 1 1/2 years. It is very quiet, does a great job on cleaning. There was a recall on an item, which Bosch arranged to have done, then recently the part that holds the door hinge needed to be replaced, and once again, Bosch handled the repair through their warranty. I was impressed with the customer service: they accomodated me and the repair agency with timely and efficient help.
