This dishwasher is everything. No pre- rinse necessary- even nasty crusty casserole dishes come out spotless. It's quiet and efficient and built to last.

Quiet but flimsy

I like many features and appreciate how quiet it is, but we've had a few problems with it. We bought it in January 2014. The door handle cracked along the screws, so I replaced it. Now the new door handle is beginning to crack in the exact same areas. The rollers on the bottom shelf occasionally come off. We lost one or two along the way and they have been unavailable to reorder. The "handle" on the bottom shelf has separated from the rest of the shelf on one side. Now the door springs on each side have failed.

Trouble-Free Dishwasher; Great Bosch Descaler

Bought our D/W in 2014 when building our house. We were told this model was quiet - necessary for our open-plan house - and we were not disappointed! We've had precisely zero problems with it as it has continued to do its job for several years now. I have used Bosch's descaler, specially formulated for Bosch dishwashers and easy to use, and it keeps the unit's interior looking brand-new. I highly recommended both the dishwasher and the descaler to anyone.
