Total unmitigated disaster! Broke down beyond repair in just over 2 years. Certified repairman from Bosch was rude and dismissive, he took our money $200 and didn't repair the machine properly. I will never buy or recomend Boesch to anyone else. We had to hire another repairman who told us the machine is non fixable, the parts to be replaced cost more than a new machine. Stay away from Bosch products!

This is the second Bosch dishwasher I've owned. The first was the 100 series. This one was obviously more expensive, but it doesn't seem to have the right tools. It cleans well, but does not dry well and the setting options are limited for the price. It's a sturdy build and I don't think anything cleans like a Bosch, but the cheaper versions of this dishwasher give better bang for your buck.

This dishwasher is just OK. It cleans the dishes, but the spacing within the racks is too tight in some places and too spread out in others making it difficult to load. The dry cycle is also very weak. The dishes tend to come out foggy with condensation still on them, I'm guessing due to the eco-friendliness?

I was shocked 2 times while putting dishes away. This was bought from home depot and installed via homedepot. Home depot installers came a looked at installation and found no issues, but commented that they have had multiple reports of electric shock from Bosch

There's no comparison to washing them in the sink I don't know exactly why they're so beautiful they are! The only thing I would change if I was going to re-engineer this would be for the rinse aid to have an easier to use fill. No matter how careful I am trying to get it up to the fill line I end up having some run out which I then have to clean up since I don't want to much rinse aid going into the load. It's a small thing otherwise it's a fantastic machine and we recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!

The Bosch dishwasher was definitely worth waiting for. Only two things to lower the rating. 1. We have tried different methods of eliminating the amount of water on the dishes after each cycle. However, the dishes still need to be dried by towel before putting away. 2. There was a small dent upon delivery in the secure packaging. You cannot see the imperfection, but the price we paid over 1k, it should have been dent free. We didn't pursue further since it's not visible.

We have always purchased Bosch when possible. We redid our kitchen and kept the Bosch double ovens and picked the dishwasher being reviewed here. It is awful. So small. And if you lower the top rack to hold normal size glasses then normal size plates won't fit. It is awful and that top shelf for flatware is horrible. I have asked our appliance provider to please swap it out.

I love how clean the dishes get with the Bosch, and how quiet it is. The rack rungs are a bit too close together, so that I can't fit pans in there standing on their sides like I could with my old dishwasher rack. So the end result is I'm not fitting more dishes, I am fitting less because the pan has to lay flat over the tines. This makes me sad ; ( Related to this is that this model is a bit small - I can fit less, partly because of the problem wiht the tine configuration and partly because, well, it is smaller. But I was also grateful for the smaller size because my contractor didn't leave enough room under my countertop for a standard size. Finally, the drying method isn't great. I do like that I can put plastics in the bottom due to the absence of the heating element, but most of the dishes are still a little wet, so I have to leave the dishwasher standing open for hours after the cycle finishes to air dry the dishes.
