I am absolutely 💯 %happy with my purchase. I wanted a quiet machine due to "open concept " living room/kitchen. Now I never hear anything. I also love the half load feature, living alone I rarely need the longer cycles. Good job Bosch.

After waiting since December 8, 2021 for my new dishwasher (30 year old dishwasher died) I was anxious to give it a try. Just like many reviews had said, the Finish gelpac did not dissolve. I tried without success to add a photo. Guess the gelpac must be punctured or unwrapped next time.

The 5 Star is the Bosch. The install? Well..

The Bosch DW works wonderfully. We especially like the rack for utensils and the method of stacking dishes, etc. Well engineered. The install, which costs $150, not well done. The basics of two one/half inch screws used where an inch screw was needed was the ciulprit. The bottom frame came off as did the two screws. A repairman fixed it all but it should not have happened at all. Now that the DW fits as enhgineered, the Bosch dishwasher is perfect!

In addition to being noisy this unt is shorter than most dishwashers. This is not clear in the description at all. For the first time in years and a dozen Bosch dishwahers, I am really disappointed. In fact, I'm seeling it.
