Love the new Bosch induction cooktop!! We moved from a house with a different brand induction cooktop to a house with propane gas..we hated it! Soot everywhere! We gout our Bosch induction cooktop and it's phenomenal!! We love it!! So easy, so functional, app is easy...can't say enough good about it!!

This Bosch induction cooktop is the best cooktop we have used so far. The temperature/level settings offer very flexible incremental adjustments to dial in the precise setting. Stovetop cleans up easy.

This is by far the best cooktop we have ever had! We bought all KitchenAid appliances when we moved into our house 5 years ago. I wish we had purchased all Bosch appliances instead! Bosch is by far a more superior brand all around!

We are first time induction owners having only fried an egg on my daughter's induction previously.
We did not realize that we have to use a very high number to start anything and haven't figured out the right temp for each thing we cook yet.
Yesterday it got less coed and we couldn't figure out how to unlock it!
I could use a video tutorial showing us how to cook and get the best out of it!

This is the fourth glass cooktop I have owned, but only the second Bosch induction cooktop. I find the cooktop to be extremely easy to clean and very beautiful under my Bosch hood. I went for the 36" as I do a lot of cooking and wanted to have plenty of space. This cooktop is the perfect size. I am finding that I need to use a higher number 6 or 7, to get the food to saute faster. This is my first month with the cooktop and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an induction surface.

My wife was skeptical when we got this, but it delivers. Instant heat, consistent cooking and super accurate temperatures. It has the instantaneous quality of gas but without the fumes. Love the cooktop and its build quality. Hopefully it lives up to Bosch reliability

I love the quality and elegance of this cooktop, even though I am still trying to figure it out. The cooktop itself is not complicated, but there are things in the app that need a bit of figuring out. My main point for those considering induction would be this: you WILL have to change the way you cook a bit. If you are used to shaking your pans and tossing your food, this does not work so well on induction. The pan should stay in constant contact with the cooking surface, and this is something I had to get used to. And swirling your pots and pans on the cooktop will scratch it for sure, which is what happened to me while making popcorn the first week of using my shiny new cooktop. Major bummer, there must have been a tiny particle of something on the bottom of the pan and the scratch is now visible. Still have to learn the best way to make popcorn; like I said, I am still learning it. There is a pause function that you can use if you want to lift the pan and shake or toss, but you have to remember to use it. Also, the autochef function turned off on me because I lifted the pan, so there are things like that to learn. A word of caution: make sure the bottom of your pan is not only debris-free, but also very clean and dry. If it is wet, it may not make contact. All that said, I would never go back: the responsiveness of this cooktop is incredible, just like my gas cooktop in my other house. And the cleanup is so incredibly easy (no knobs was definitely a requirement for me): a little dish soap on a soft sponge, wipe it off with a wet sponge and dry it with a microfiber towel. It takes 30 seconds and no special products are needed. I am very happy with this purchase, just mad at myself for not being more careful.

After delaying for several years we finally switched over from our older Bosch gas cooktop which had failed after 12 years to a new induction cooktop.
The new cooktop has a sleek modern appearance and functions flawlessly. Although it took a bit of getting used to I enjoy the performance.
While we expected that it would do a stellar job in bringing water to boil, I was pleased to see that with the right cookware (Henckels Paradigm) I was still able to get a nice sear on meat.
The "extra features" including the mobile app have proven useful, as I get alerts when the timer expires, and can check or adjust settings from the table without having to get up. Definitely a delighted customer.

First unit failed in two weeks

Purchased at NFM and the cooktop failed in two weeks of use. The two burners on the left side would no longer work at all. NFM replaced the failed unit with a new one and we have had no problems with the second cooktop. We like the cooktop and hope the reliability of the second cooktop holds up.
